Echoes of Enlightenment: Chanting Workshop

Sunday, September 22nd, 9 am-11 am

This is ACTIVE MEDITATION, and how you feel during and after will amaze you!

Even if you're new to chanting, this event is for you. We'll explore a variety of traditions, providing CDs & lyric sheets for everyone. Chanting is not about singing; it's about the rhythm, breath, and focus.

Led by Cynthia Wayland & Gregory Myers

Owners of The Bead Angel in Evansville, IN. 

Each session is a standalone experience. Continuous attendance is not required.

 If you haven't tried chanting together in a group, you simply can't imagine what you are missing. Tune, tone, and melody are secondary. It's all about rhythm, breath, and focus—which, strangely enough, is what most forms of meditation are about. 

It is also about letting go—letting go of preconceptions, self-image, and self-concern, worry and stress, and guilt and judgment—which, strangely enough, is what most forms of meditation are about. 

Hmmm, I'm sensing a theme here.

September: Reiki Level 3 (Master Level) Certification

Master Techniques:

  - Learn the Usui Master Symbol and other advanced symbols.

  - Practice advanced healing techniques and meditations.

Reiki Master Attunement:

  - Receive the Master attunement to deepen your healing abilities.

- Teaching and Attuning Others:

  - Learn how to teach Reiki and perform attunements.

Practical Application:

  - Engage in hands-on practice with fellow students.

October: Reiki Master Teacher Certification
