Private Reiki & Somatic Healing Sessions

One-hour sessions that integrate Reiki energy healing with nervous system regulation practices.

Your body has been holding onto stress, tension, and trauma—sometimes for years. Talk therapy helped you understand what happened, but your nervous system is still stuck in survival mode. This is where Reiki and somatic work come in.

What to Expect in Your Session:

Step 1: Initial Consultation (15 minutes)

We start with a conversation about what brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're ready to release. This helps me understand your unique needs and tailor the session to support you best.

Step 2: Grounding & Somatic Practice (10 minutes)

Before the Reiki session begins, we do a brief grounding practice to help your nervous system settle. This signals to your body that it's safe to let go. You might notice your shoulders drop, your breathing deepen, or tension start to release.

Step 3: Reiki Energy Healing (25 minutes)

You'll rest comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, in a calm and peaceful space. I'll place my hands lightly on different areas of your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it's most needed.

During this time, you might feel:

• Warmth or tingling sensations
• Deep relaxation (some clients drift into light sleep)
• Emotional releases (tears, sighs, relief)
• Physical sensations as tension and blockages clear

This is your body doing what it needs to do. There's no wrong way to experience Reiki—whatever comes up is exactly what needs to happen.

Step 4: Closing Conversation (10 minutes)

After the energy work is complete, we take time to talk about what you experienced. We'll discuss any sensations, emotions, or insights that arose, and I'll share tools you can use between sessions to support your continued healing.

Investment: $88 per session
Duration: 60 minutes
Payment: Collected at time of booking

Reiki Certification Training

Learn to practice Reiki for yourself and others.

Whether you want to use Reiki for personal healing or build a professional practice, I offer comprehensive certification training at all levels:

• Reiki Level 1: Learn the foundations of Reiki, self-healing techniques, and how to channel energy for yourself and others.
• Reiki Level 2: Deepen your practice with distance healing, emotional healing techniques, and advanced symbols.
• Reiki Master Teacher: Become certified to teach and attune others to Reiki.

What You'll Receive:

• Hands-on training and practice
• Sacred attunement ceremony
• Comprehensive manual and ongoing support
• Certification upon completion
• Connection with a community of practitioners

I've been teaching Reiki since 2017, and I make the practice accessible, practical, and grounded in real-world application. You'll leave with confidence, skills, and the ability to use Reiki in your daily life.

Community healing experiences for connection, support, and shared practice.

I host regular workshops and healing circles where women come together for:

• Reiki Shares: Practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive group setting
• Sound Baths: Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation through sound healing
• Energy Healing Workshops: Learn practical tools for chakra work, grounding, and energy management
• Women's Healing Circles: A safe space to process, release, and heal together

These gatherings are open to all experience levels—whether you're brand new to energy work or a seasoned practitioner. The goal is simple: create a space where women feel seen, supported, and held.
