Work With Me One-on-One
Sometimes understanding why you respond the way you do isn't the same as experiencing something different.
You may know your patterns. You may have read the books, gone to therapy, or spent years trying to understand yourself. Yet you still find yourself carrying tension, feeling overwhelmed, staying on alert, or wondering why the same reactions keep showing up.
Private sessions offer a personalized space to slow down, notice what is present, and reconnect with yourself through Reiki, gentle somatic practices, or both. My role is not to fix you or tell you what your experience means. It is to offer compassionate support, thoughtful guidance, and a safe place to explore what your body may be communicating.
Whether you choose a Reiki Session or a Somatic Healing + Reiki Session, we'll move at a pace that feels supportive for you.
Reiki Session
60 Minutes | $88
This session is centered on Reiki and includes time to settle in before we begin and reflect together afterward.
You'll rest comfortably, fully clothed, while receiving Reiki in a quiet, peaceful environment. Every experience is different. Some women notice deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or a greater sense of connection. Others simply appreciate having an hour to slow down and receive care.
There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. Whatever you notice is welcome.
This session is a good fit if you're looking for focused energetic support with a simple, restorative experience.
Somatic Healing + Reiki
90 Minutes | $111
This extended session gives us more time to explore what you're experiencing through conversation, gentle somatic practices, Reiki, and integration.
We begin by talking about what brought you here and noticing how your experiences may be showing up in your body. From there, I'll guide you through individualized somatic practices before moving into your Reiki session. We finish with time to reflect on your experience and discuss supportive practices you can continue between sessions if they feel helpful.
This session is ideal if you'd like more time, personalized guidance, and an experience that combines body awareness with Reiki.

If this is your first time working with me, I ask that you begin with a free 30-minute Discovery Call before booking a private session.
This conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, talk about what you're experiencing, answer your questions, and decide together whether private work feels like the right fit. If it does, I'll help you choose the session that best supports your needs.
There is no pressure to book a session. The Discovery Call is simply a chance to make sure we're moving forward in a way that feels supportive for you.

Reiki Certification Training
Learn to practice Reiki for yourself and others.
Whether you want to use Reiki for personal healing or build a professional practice, I offer comprehensive certification training at all levels:
- Reiki Level 1: Learn the foundations of Reiki, self-healing techniques, and how to channel energy for yourself and others.
- Reiki Level 2: Deepen your practice with distance healing, emotional healing techniques, and advanced symbols.
- Reiki Master Teacher: Become certified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
